Return Policy
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Most orders are completed within 2 business days. Once a tracking number is generated the order is considered finalized. Any cancelation request on finalized orders will not be honored.
Damaged or Lost Items
Finalized orders are not returnable nor refundable with the exception of items damaged or lost in transition. If your products arrive damaged or never arrived at all, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include providing a replacement or a full refund as required by applicable law.
Manufactured Defects
Items purchased from the manufactured defects category here are not refundable unless they contain other defects not listed or shown in the product’s page.
